where you can create customized UBU Products.
Select from 1000's of combinations that resemble you, the moms in your
life, friends and family members. Even
include a beloved family pet.
We want your experience to be memorable and enjoyable, and
most of all we want you to have fun. The following will answer any questions
you might have. To get started, click on
the product you want and follow the easy personalization instructions.
Unless otherwise indicated, we place bodies and/or heads in descending
order in the positions listed on the order form. Sizes and shapes of the bodies and heads may
vary slightly depending on the item ordered and the number of characters on
it.
Formats/Layouts - We offer
a selection of layouts with different head and/or body combinations. Please note that some formats come with
pre-selected bodies and a choice of heads; others come with a set number of
characters and choice of bodies. Bodies and heads will appear as shown on the
Body and Head selection screens. Please
be sure to indicate the format when you order.
Printed
Colors - Items are printed in the colors shown on the item being ordered
(unless otherwise indicated). Due to the
different products and surfaces we print on and differences on monitors, actual
colors may vary slightly.
Type Styles
and Text Colors - Choice of type style is available where
indicated on the order form. Choice of red, black or blue type color is
available on products where indicated on the order form. If a color is not selected, black will be
used.
Greetings,
Headings, Closings - When the order form has space for a
greeting, heading or closing (e.g., memo pads, note cards, gift stickers),
please be sure one is indicated, regardless of which format is chosen. If nothing is indicated, nothing will be
included, even if there is a greeting, heading or closing on your sample.
Abbreviations
- Abbreviations (e.g., St., Ave., Dr.) are used at the discretion of
the artist. If you do not want us to use
abbreviations, please indicate so on the order form. State names are always abbreviated.
ENSURING YOUR SATISFACTION
Submitting
Orders - Orders may only be submitted online. We encourage you to check your
order carefully before submitting it as we regret we are unable to accept any changes or cancellations
once an order has been submitted.
Communications
by Email - We rely heavily on email for communicating with our customers, so
please ensure we have your current email address.
Order
Acknowledgment – After you place your order, you will get an email confirmation with
an estimated ship date. Please review
the email to make sure all order and shipping information is correct; if there
is an error, please contact us immediately.
When you contact us, please refer to the confirmation number on the
order acknowledgement email.
Mistakes - We always
try our best to ensure that every order is processed correctly; however,
occasionally things go wrong with an order.
When this happens, just email us the confirmation number and a
description of the problem. If we make a
mistake on your order and it’s our fault, we’ll replace it at no charge. If the mistake is yours, we will redo the
item at a reduced charge. Either way, we
will process it ASAP.
Order
Production Time - During
non-holiday periods, your order will be shipped within 7 business days from
receipt of a completed order form.
During October, November and December, processing time varies; we will
keep you informed of order processing time during this period.
Rush processing is available for all items, except rubber stamps,
checks and memo pads. A Rush Processing
Charge of $18 will apply for each requested item. Rush items ship via
UPS Ground within 24 hours if received by 12:00 p.m. PST. Faster shipping options are available. Expedited processing is not available in October,
November and December.
Order Tracking - When your
order has shipped, we send you an email notification with a tracking
number. You can track the delivery
status of your order on our web site or at www.ups.com.
2008 Holiday
Order Deadlines - Our 2008 Hanukkah order deadline is November 17th; our Christmas
deadline is December 3rd. Holiday orders
will be shipped at least one week prior to the holiday. Orders received after these deadlines will be
processed as soon as possible, but may not be shipped in time for the
holiday. Our offices will be closed from
December 25th through January 3rd.
We ship all orders via UPS Ground. Our shipping fees are
based on flat rate shipping rates for all orders in the 48 states and are as
follows:

We also offer expedited shipping for those you who require
fast delivery and offer UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air. Select the appropriate category when you

take your privacy very seriously. You are on a secured site when you order form
us and your billing data is transmitted to our server in an encrypted format
that cannot be viewed by others. We take every precaution to protect your
personal and credit card information. We do not
retain any credit card information once the transaction is completed nor do we
